You have decided when to put your property on the market. You have organized and prepared the property to look its best to realtors and prospective buyers. You have investigated the current market conditions and applied a selling price. Now what? Below is an example of the marketing efforts you can expect from me:

Today Listing Agreement Signed
Day 1 Lockbox installed
Day 1-3 Windermere For Sale sign posted
Day 1-2 Office processes paperwork and distributes information to Windermere agents; submits information to the multiple listing service; transmits listing information to all Windermere offices including the Seattle area
Day 1-2 Information available via NWMLS
Day 1-2 Photo gallery available to NWMLS
Day 1-2 Listing and photo gallery available at Windermere.com
By Day 7 Newspaper advertising placed
Day 1-2 Broker's Open House held for Island's real estate agents
Day 7 and after Open House held for the public (if desired)
Day 10 First weekly activity report (email or call depending up your preference)
Day 14 Marketing review
Day 14 to 90 Target marketing activities
Day 45 Review of all marketing activities; price review, financing, showings, offers, competition; recommended changes to adjust to market
