Preparing your property One of the key selling factors that you control is the condition of your property. Now is the time to get out the to-do list and start scratching off completed projects. First impressions do count! You will have realtors and buyers who don't know you and have never been to your house. They will walk through the front door with an impartial eye and extended 'feelers' to determine whether-or-not this is their next home. Price point may get prospective buyers to your property. However, the property's look-and-feel generates the emotional attachment and draws the offer. Take time to get your home ready to show. You don't need to do anything expensive, like remodeling.
