Gallery Hopping

During the first Friday of each month, the art galleries of Bainbridge Island are open with new exhibitions of local artists. Walk around town, enjoy the magnificent talents of these amazing artists and sip some wine. It's a great way to spend an evening with the community.

Walk the length of downtown Bainbridge Island and you will pass the store front for Bainbridge Arts and Crafts… and what a treat it is! Since 1948 Bainbridge Arts and Crafts is a not for-profit organization for the visual arts on Bainbridge Island. Though the majority of the displayed artists come from the Pacific Northwest with focus on Bainbridge Island residents, there are exhibitions of artists from the west coast in general. Not only does the organization provide a storefront for artists but they also support art education in the schools and provided art education throughout the community.
